Article 5 – Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

This confirmation confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. Melbourne & Harper reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock availability, or payment issues.

Article 6 – Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned products have been received and inspected.

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method.

Article 8 – Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

All orders include tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Article 9 – Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Melbourne & Harper is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
