Order Processing
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CEST) are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next available business day.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation before shipment.
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Our standard estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
While we work hard to deliver every order within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
All orders include tracked shipping, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us.

Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations and modifications can no longer be guaranteed.
